Yes, all of our jewelry is water resistant! However we do recommend drying your jewerly if it has come in contact with water or sweat.

We use genuine 18 yellow gold & white gold plating on all our jewerly. Our base metals are Stainless Steel and Brass. 

All of our jewerly is tested before, during and after production to ensure the highest quality and durability.

These are our best tips to make sure your jewelry last forever. 

1. If your jewelry is not used often, store it in the provided Zuvelli packaging. If your climite is humid, place a small pack of drying crystals in your storage compartment. 

2. Keep your pieces dry. Chlorine can permanently damage or discolor your gold jewelry. Did your jewelry get wet? Gently pet them with a towel after they get wet. 

3. Always remove your jewelry when applying cologne, perfumes or other chemical products. 

4. Avoid wearing jewelry during physical activities or while sleeping.

If you are not satisfied with one or more of your ordered items, the items can be returned within 14 days form the delivery day. Items can be returned to our return adress at your own expense. To be eligible a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in wich you received it. This means the item must be unworn and undamaged. It must be in its original packaging with the original receipt. 

If you wish to return your order please send us an email at info@zuvelli.nl. Within 24 hours you will receive the retunr instructions. 

Yes, but only for a product of the same price. The product you purchased must also be in its original packaging. For shipping instructions, please contact us. Once we receive package, we will ship the requested product.
